Couponly is a free browser extension that helps you find coupon codes while shopping online at supported stores. The extension fetches coupon codes from our server and presents them to you. We do not guarantee that any coupon code will work, provide a discount, or be accepted by a retailer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Couponly, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the coupon data provided by the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Couponly name, logo, extension code, and website content are owned by Couponly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Stores

Couponly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the stores it supports (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and AliExpress). Coupon availability and validity are determined by the respective retailers. Your purchases are governed by each store's own terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coupon codes will be valid or result in savings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couponly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost savings, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
